Directions: Using the digits 1 to 9 at most one time each, fill in the boxes so that there is no solution to the system of equations.
Hint
What does it mean to have no solution for a system of equations? How can you use that to help you fill in the numbers? Are there multiple possibilities? Is there a pattern?

What numbers would go in the boxes you left blank?
Any of the numbers that are left. For the first two, you could use 3 and 7
You could also set this one up with fractional slopes in slope-intercept form. It lowers the challenge for the problem, but in doing so makes it more accessible.
